Key Supplier Award for ElringKlinger
ElringKlinger has received the Daimler Key Supplier Award 2009 from Daimler AG in recognition of the company’s outstanding performance. The award was presented as part of an official ceremony held on March 18, 2010, at the Mercedes-Benz Center in Stuttgart.
Each year, Daimler AG selects fourteen best-in-class suppliers from a group of around 3,500 supply companies.
ElringKlinger receives MAN Trucknology Award 2009
The MAN Commercial Vehicle Group has honored ElringKlinger with the "Trucknology Supplier Award 2009". The truck producer presents the award each year to its top ten business partners in recognition of outstanding collaboration.
ElringKlinger was chosen by the MAN jury from a group of several hundred competitors. The criteria applied to the selection process were quality, cost awareness, faultless logistics and technical expertise.

Germany – Land of Ideas: ElringKlinger drives satellite
Working in cooperation with the Institute of Space Systems (ISS) at Stuttgart University, ElringKlinger Kunststofftechnik GmbH, Bietigheim-Bissingen/Germany, has developed a method whereby PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) can be used as a fuel for satellite propulsion systems. In recognition of this achievement, the company was honored with an innovation prize as part of the "365 Landmarks in the Land of Ideas" competition.

Anaerobic surface seal - red AFD 2018
In addition to our low-strength anaerobic surface seal AFD 2000 green, we now have included in our product range AFD 2018 red. AFD 2018 red is a solvent-free, stable sealing compound. It is ideal for sealing torsion-resistant metal parts with a flat, planar sealing surface, for example, on housing and bearing covers or on flanges used in the manufacturing of engines, transmissions, and aggregates.
